Re: Creepy - Scary Stories

Post by adanedhel on Thu Aug 05, 2010 5:49 am

Read first the book "Exorcism, Encounters of the Paranormal and the Occult" by Fr. JFC Sequia. The devil is real, and their threat to us is real!

I have this real life experience that I felt ashamed to share, but nonetheless worth sharing. 1989 we moved to the province of Agusan del Norte from Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental because we heard that our neighbors who migrated there have become fortunate, amassed money from the booming trade of coffee. My parents decided to sell everything that we have; lanzones trees, goats, pigs, chickens, and rented a whole jeepney for our things and belongings, and went on for 1 whole day ride to Agusan (earlier my father has purchased 3 separate areas of land in that province, 2 of them already teeming with coffee that anytime soon is ready to be harvested).

So much for the background story...when we settled there and were about to harvest the coffee, the great depression of our lives happened. The price per kilo of buying of dried coffee dropped in just the span of days from PhP50 to PhP5. I have no idea what happened (I was just a 5th grader that time) but I can sense that my parents were devastated. Not to mention the malaria that was hampering that place and without money to sustain our foods, vitamins and medicine, almost all of us (I have 3 siblings that time) became sick.

We were in that situation when one evening I heard that my parents were in heavy fighting in their room. It was as if there were two men wrestling that there was heavy thumping in the wall, in the floor! Suddenly my father opened the door and said to me, "Come here help me, your mother is possessed by the devil!" We came up and saw the weird situation. My father was trying to hold down the wrists of my mother to the bed while the latter was agitating to escape. What raised my hair was the voice of my mother was no longer that of a female but a deep, harsh voice of a male, saying "Let me go! Let me go!" My father told me to hold near the crucifix to my mother's head. The voice said "Put that away! It's so hot I can't bear it! Put that away!" Then my father told us to recite the Holy Rosary...after we finished my mother fell asleep.

@adanedhel,

I am touched by your story, particularly that hopeful picture of migration -- one jeepney full of things -- and those extremely challenging times that followed -- the drop of the price of coffee, the malaria, and the emotional pressures on your parents.

I hope that those challenges made you a stronger person.

Hey hey hey.
Gaano katotoo yung story na may mga nabaong buhay habang pinagagawa ni Imelda Marcos yung cultural center nga ba yun?
And til now, may mga nagmumulto daw doon.
And this story is not known to the mass.

Is this fictional or real?

The Lady in black. by Esther

Minsan nagpunta kami ni Ate sa Tagaytay, dahil sa mahalagang seminar na kailangan niyang daluhan, dahil sem break naman , I accompany her.On our way to tagaytay I enjoy the trip I have seen a lot of most famous scenic attractions and one of the world’s wonders the Summit Ridge Tagaytay, which I have the privilege of gazing at Taal Volcano and its beautiful lake as a next-door neighbors. When we were there we started looking for an inn. I said to her " why did they not give a free accomodations for you? or the atendees? I told her. Don't worry she said there is a room for us free and that is the one we are looking for.

We started the walk. She begun asking for the address and name they referred to her but no one knew. We walk and climb on the hilly slopes of Tagaytay till we get tired. We are on the top of the hill when we stop, the sun is about to set then,feeling the cold oozing to my ears. Gazing down I saw a lady in black gown, I said " hey Yidda look there's a lady down there!" She said ok let's go asked her
for help. We ran down the hill towards her and to my amazement she's gone. It was then I scream a little bit " eeeeh Ate nawala!nawala yung Ale!!!" ..."heh!!! she shouted back and said " anong nawala hayan yung bakas niya o!" Feeling a little relief knowing Yidda is a tough and brave Ate more so of her knowledge in martial arts, and so we follow the footstep as our guide. The red of the sun is what left in the sky till we find the lady.Although a litle bit far we knew it was the "Ale" becaused of
her black gown dress and the trail of footsteps in the ground. On a distance I could see her house made of bamboo and nipa. She has a broom on her hand like that of Harry Potter and busy sweeping the yard towards the watch fire. As we approach her my hearts pounds faster...
